Design Concept: This beauty salon embraces a "Cream Style" aesthetic, featuring an abundance of elegant curves and rounded corners. We experimented extensively with custom plasterwork, pushing the boundaries of conventional design—a process that demands deep experience to execute flawlessly.

Ambiance & Lighting: Extensive hidden LED strip lighting illuminates the space, while dried floral arrangements in the waiting area elevate the overall atmosphere. A custom mountain-shaped backdrop in the rear lounge stands as a testament to our commitment to executing high-difficulty bespoke designs.

Materiality: We are a design firm that thrives on innovation. The flooring utilizes a comforting, soft wood tone, ensuring the entire space feels incredibly gentle, welcoming, and relaxing.

The Context: After residing in this 3-storey cluster home for 8 years, a family of three decided it was finally time for a comprehensive makeover—a project delayed by the pandemic but ultimately worth the wait.

Dichotomy of Design: The home features a beautiful contrast between floors, tailored to the couple's distinct tastes. The ground floor, favored by the male homeowner, utilizes a bright, airy palette of white, wood, and gold accents. In contrast, the upper floor, curated by the female homeowner, embraces a sophisticated "Quiet Luxury" (低调奢华) aesthetic anchored by rich, dark walnut tones.

Spatial Elegance: The upper side-room is a masterpiece of design, featuring rare serpentine (snake-like) curves and exquisite herringbone tiled floors. Throughout the home, harsh edges are softened by elegant circular motifs.

Design Concept: Designed as a Taiwanese-style cafe, the space is heavily inspired by mountain trails and forests. The bar features small cyan tiles to evoke a comfortable, premium, and cozy atmosphere, complemented by strategically illuminated low stools.

Materiality & Details: The flooring utilizes bare concrete to create an intimate, grounded feel. Curving washed-stone elements mimic winding mountain paths, while a custom mountain-shaped antique mirror behind the bar adds a unique touch rarely seen elsewhere.

The Centerpiece: The undisputed highlight of the store is an inverted pine tree suspended from a circular ceiling cutout, dramatically illuminated from above. Even the space dividers are crafted in the silhouette of mountains, ensuring the entire cafe stays deeply rooted in its naturalistic theme.

The Context: This 30-year-old double-storey terrace holds immense sentimental value, as it was the male homeowner's childhood home. Now, transformed for the newlyweds, the goal was to breathe new life into the structure while honoring its history.

The Challenge: Older homes often suffer from compartmentalized layouts and aging infrastructure. We addressed this by extensively remodeling the exterior—installing a modern awning, new tiling, and a secure fencing system to enhance curb appeal and safety.

The Solution (Space Planning): We executed a major spatial reconfiguration. Upstairs, two smaller rooms were merged into an expansive master suite. Downstairs, the living room was extended forward, creating a vast, airy space perfect for hosting.

The Context: After years of careful planning, a highly intellectual couple with a 3-year-old child finally purchased their dream home—a corner terrace selected after rigorous Feng Shui consultations. They prioritized long-term practicality over rushed aesthetics.

Space Reconfiguration: The kitchen was significantly extended into a massive dining and hosting area, roofed with cost-effective and heat-resistant PU metal. Between the dry kitchen and living room, a custom bar counter with folding windows allows the space to transform flexibly between an open-concept layout and an enclosed cooking zone.

Design Details: Storage was meticulously planned. A floor-to-ceiling display cabinet neatly masks the awkward staircase slant, while a full-height bookcase in the master bedroom caters to the owners' deep love for reading. The TV console features a staggered upper-and-lower design to elegantly bypass an existing window, completed by a striking Turkish pendant light.

The Context: After years of working in Singapore, a sweet retired couple decided to invest their retirement funds into creating their ultimate forever home. They entrusted us with complete creative freedom from design to execution.

The Aesthetic: The house breathes a pure MUJI (Japanese minimalist) aesthetic, dominated by soft wood tones and signature fluted panels. A striking, highly customizable pegboard wall greets guests at the entrance—perfect for hanging decor and serving as a photogenic backdrop.

Material Choices: Practicality met elegance. The dry kitchen features a durable black quartz countertop, while the wet kitchen utilizes a concrete base topped with large 2x4 ft tiles to minimize grout lines for easier maintenance. Upstairs, all bedrooms feature sleek, handle-less built-in wardrobes, with the master bed framed by a luxurious full-height fabric cushion headboard.

A Warm Healing Space: This is a physical therapy center filled with warmth. Unlike traditional sterile clinics, we heavily utilized wood-toned floor tiles and warm yellow lighting to create a relaxing and reassuring atmosphere for rehabilitation.

Functionality Meets Privacy: The center is equipped with a wide range of professional rehabilitation equipment. To help patients adjust their posture, we installed a custom full-length mirror wall. Additionally, we cleverly used a curved track curtain to divide the space: it can be drawn for private treatment sessions, or fully opened during workshops and events to maximize space utility.

Colors & Details: The overall space uses the brand's signature deep blue as a visual anchor. The reception counter features a custom-built cabinet, set against a striking deep blue feature wall, striking a balance between professional clinical standards and memorable aesthetics.

Space Expansion: This over 30-year-old house underwent extensive renovation and extension. Upstairs, the original three bedrooms were expanded into four, with the rear two rooms gaining significant space. Downstairs, a small pantry was transformed into a full dry kitchen accompanied by an extra-large wet kitchen.

Design Highlights: The bathrooms are a major highlight of the project. The entire house features premium grey-veined textured floor tiles, elevating the overall sophisticated feel.

Construction Execution: This project heavily focused on structural and wet works rather than just aesthetic design. We managed massive concrete extensions, tile laying, door/window installations, and complete plaster ceiling with rewiring. It demonstrates our hardcore capability in full-scale old house transformations and structural rebuilding.
