Yes. If you already have a contractor you trust, we can provide comprehensive design blueprints and realistic 3D visualizations for them to follow. We can also act as an independent site supervisor to ensure your contractor executes the design flawlessly and adheres to our quality standards.

No. We pride ourselves on transparent pricing. Once the final design is approved, we provide a highly detailed itemized quotation. Any changes to the cost will only occur if you explicitly request a design or material variation (VO - Variation Order) during the construction phase, and we will always seek your approval first.
