Design Concept: For this 30+ year-old house, we executed a massive scale renovation and extension, completely revitalizing it from the inside out.
Ambiance & Lighting: Through the use of premium grey-veined floor tiles, the entire home projects a modern, clean, and brightly lit living atmosphere.
Materiality: The upper floor was expanded from three rooms to four, and the previously cramped lower floor was reconfigured into a spacious dry kitchen plus an extra-large wet kitchen. The project scope covered structural extensions, tiling, window/door installations, and full plaster and electrical rewiring, showcasing our robust capability in complete house overhauls.
设计概念： 针对这栋 30 年以上房龄的老屋，我们进行了极大规模的翻新与扩建，将其从内到外焕然一新。
氛围与灯光： 整个家透过高级的灰纹地砖，呈现出现代、干净且明朗的居住氛围。
材质与细节： 楼上原本的三房扩建成四房，楼下原本拥挤的干厨房也被扩大，并新增了一个特大湿厨房。工程涵盖了结构扩建、地砖铺设、门窗安装以及石膏拉电，展示了我们全面的老屋翻新硬实力。
Konsep Reka Bentuk: Bagi rumah berusia lebih 30 tahun ini, kami melaksanakan ubah suai dan pembesaran berskala besar, memberikan nafas baru sepenuhnya dari dalam dan luar.
Suasana & Pencahayaan: Melalui penggunaan jubin lantai berurat kelabu premium, seluruh rumah memancarkan suasana kehidupan yang moden, bersih, dan terang.
Materialiti: Tingkat atas diperluas dari tiga bilik kepada empat, dan tingkat bawah yang sebelum ini sempit disusun semula menjadi dapur kering yang luas beserta dapur basah bersaiz ekstra besar. Skop projek merangkumi penambahan struktur, pemasangan jubin, pintu/tingkap, serta kerja plaster dan pendawaian elektrik sepenuhnya, mempamerkan keupayaan teguh kami dalam pengubahsuaian rumah secara menyeluruh.
